Sermon about " CURSED BY BLESSINGS? "

- May 18, 2020

Cursed By Blessings? Sermon by Bro.Kommu Bhagavan Das (19 May,2020) PROVERBS 10:22 KJV 22 The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it. What we might consider "blessings" don't always help people. Sometimes they hurt. We don't always know what is best for us. Often, what we think we want turns out to be a big mistake. Consider the case of two girls: one extremely beautiful -- the other quite plain looking. Because of her natural beauty, the one becomes totally self-absorbed. Thinking herself superior, she grows haughty and proud, and, although rich and famous, has no true friends. She selfishly only seeks her own welfare and gives no thought to other's desires or happiness. As she grows older and less attractive, she cannot live with not being the center of attention. Lonely and depressed, she finally takes her life. The other girl, not being endowed with any great natural beauty, is n...

Sermon about Evangelism

- May 07, 2020

Sermon by Ps.Kommu Sudhakar(8 May, 2020) Today I am going to talk about two greatly misunderstood topics. Grace and Evangelism. The bible says: Psa 127:2 It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep. This is one of the best pictures of grace. Rest or sleep. There are one of two ways we can be living our lives either in toil and sorrow, or in rest and contentment. The bible says we are saved by grace, grace in biblical terms is God 100% forgives all our weakness so we can have relationship with him. This relationship enables us to share in God’s nature and abilities. Grace or his unconditional forgiveness should give us peace, we no longer need to fear that we are not doing enough to please God, God is already pleased with us. But what happens to many Christians is they start to feel burdened by responsibility, one of these areas is evangelism, i.e. “What if I don’t share about God enough”, to make matte...

Sermon on "God Loves You More Than You Love Yourself"

- May 31, 2020

God Loves You More Than You Love Yourself Sermon by Pas Kommu Sudhakar (1 June,2020) ROMANS 5:8 NKJ 8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. God has proven His love for you. So don't doubt it. What proves that God loves you more than you love yourself? He died in your place -- suffering the punishment for sin that you deserved, so you could go free. God was more willing to suffer Himself than to see you suffer. Of course, the devil constantly tries to get you to doubt that God loves you. That's why you must rely on what the Bible says -- not what your feelings or circumstances may tell you. You may think you don't love yourself -- maybe you think you hate yourself. Even if you don't think too highly of what you have done, you still love yourself in the sense that you desire the best for yourself. You don't desire pain or loss. So it is with God -- He desires good for you -- even mor...
